Excellent service from the manager

My husband and I were served by the manager at the Train Yards location in Ottawa. We were impressed by the customer service we received from Karl. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, patient and understanding. This type of service is rare these days. Thank you so much Karl!

Deceptive Stock Supply and Order Processing

If a company has continuing issues, with customer orders and benefits from seriously delayed refunds, and fails to address the issues, that borders on FRAUD. My partner wanted to purchase a dress coat for me at RW&CO at the local Mall. Did not have my size. They checked and said we have your size on line. My partner paid for it with her credit card and she ordered it through the store. Late that afternoon when we returned home there was an e-mail stating that they were not available, after being told that there were 4 in my size. WE have never received any product. Since then we have been going through a terrible process to get a refund. At one point, we were told the refund was put back on her credit card. We checked with the Card Company, it was NOT, ( we checked with the card company before we called) and the customer service rep argued that it was. Three calls now and still to no avail to get the situation resolved. It seems the ( RW&CO ) does not want to refund her credit card. Over two weeks now. They are NOT BBB associated. So now to escalate the issue with a complaint to Dept. of Consumer Affairs and share my issues with Market Place. If you have an issue with this company, and they will not resolve the issue, Then file a complaint.

I buy online several times and after several days it cancelled. If you can not sell online stop to do it and just focus on stores.

Really Bad customer service!

Really Bad customer service!
I complained about poor quality of the cotton pant. In less than one month the color get faid and lose color. I've not even washed it yet. Company rep. asked me to wash the pants that may fix problem! After I sent all pictures and evidences I received an email that your case is now resolved!!! How my problem is resolved while I did not get any response! They close the case without customer satisfaction.

So disgusting people

So disgusting people. They deserve 0 star. No any customer service support. We can not cancel our order once place. Even if you reported any mistake in order.
I never saw that bad customer service👎🏻👎🏻

Best customer service

I don't know about the company but I do know about the Manager in upper Canada mall amazing . She helped me with all my work clothing and I looked great . Thank you Malshika

Unwilling to reverse shipping website glitch

Their website had a glitch with pricing for cyber Monday shipping and I was going to reverse my order and reorder but figured I’d just contact customer service to get it refunded. I thought this would be no problem since it was their issue and not a huge deal. Instead, I was sent (inapplicable) ‘fine print’ policy repeatedly and then she stopped responding completely when I asked for how the fine print applied specifically to my order. They’ve lost a loyal customer over $7 shipping that is easily reversed. I loved RW but the principle of not correcting their mistake (and not responding) has lost me as a customer.

This company has horrible online…

This company has horrible online customer service. They didn’t even bother to respond back to my online complaint when their website was having issues. Honestly retail is struggling and if you can’t even bother to provide decent customer service then you can’t be surprised when your business goes bankrupt.

Garbage website

Garbage website, Items out of stock appear as in stock. Orders go through just to get canceled a few hours later with improper reason stated.
